1. The service
Coding Guava is a desktop app that runs an AI model on your own computer to write and run code. Accounts, credits and payments are handled by this website.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may disable accounts used for abuse or fraud.
3. Credits and payments
Every account gets free credits each day. One agent request costs 1 credit. Purchased credits never expire. Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian rupees; we never see your card or UPI details. If a request fails on our side, the credit is refunded automatically. Payments are otherwise non-refundable unless the law says otherwise; contact us if something went wrong.
4. Code that runs on your computer
The app executes AI-written code and can install packages on your machine. Runs happen in a temporary folder with a time limit, but this is not a sandbox. Read the code before you run anything that touches your files, and keep backups. The service is provided as is, without warranty.
5. What we store
- Your email address, sign-up time, credit balance and number of requests.
- Chat logs: for each finished request we save your question, a short summary of the answer (without code), file names, whether the code passed, and the number of attempts. We do not upload your project files or full code.
- The Terms version you accepted, with time and IP address.
- Payment records (plan, amount, payment id).
- Messages you send through the contact form.
6. How we use it
To run your account and credits, prevent abuse, give support and improve the service. We do not sell your data. The site operator can read chat logs in the admin panel, so do not put passwords or secrets in your requests.
7. Services we rely on
Firebase (login and database), Razorpay (payments) and Google Fonts. Their own policies apply to the data they handle.
8. Your choices
To see or delete your data, or to close your account, use the contact page from the email you registered with.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When they change, the version number changes and the app asks you to accept again.
